There was only one Steve Jobs. There is only one Bill Gates. But every corporation may have many owners and they are called shareholders. Every shareholder is the owner of a part of a company. You can be one, too.  The company which you can own is called REA Ltd. The present owner is called Mickey Prumpt, but he is getting older and less able to control everything. He is looking for someone to replace him and be the new owner. But he has two conditions: every candidate has to be carefully observed if they deserve to rule his ‘kingdom’. As well as every candidate has to earn it. Literally and metaphorically. The candidates are observed from two sides: by the Proxy and the Delegate.

 

You will go through certain check-ups in which you will have to do various jobs. Some of them are obligatory, some of them are optional. You will do them individually and in teams. But it is your decision who you want to work with. It doesn’t have to be the same team each time. You decide if you want to do any optional work. Sometimes you will have a chance to work overtime doing extra jobs in the evening eg. SinE (Socrative in the Evening). They are always at the same time and last 20 minutes.

 

Mr Mickey Prumpt believes that everyone wants to be rich. He can give you a chance to become rich by working and buying shares. You can buy them only if you work in his company. If you are to be taken seriously by Mr Mickey Prumpt to be the owner of his company, you need to earn minimum 42 shares for attending and participating in The Shareholders Meetings (Total I in your personal Account) and minimum 234 shares for all the jobs you do (Total II in your personal Account). Here you can find the information what you can earn for each job you do. All the details regarding the specific amount of maximum shares are in your Shareholders Accounts next to each task.

 

So for a start everyone becomes an Applicant. You can be allowed to have a certain amount of shares only if you are at the certain level of a system called The Prumpt REALadder which is as follows:

When you do your work really well you get bonuses. They are paid in a form of money which is called E-coin. A certain amount of E-coins gives you an access to certain operational possibilities within a company. And also brings you closer to the chance of becoming an owner of REA Ltd. Each E-coin gives you a chance to opt out 5 questions in the once in a lifetime chance (the final test) with the full score.

 

Mr Mickey Prumpt expects that you will be ready to attend all the Shareholders Meetings. They are every two weeks. Please, remember that every Meeting is a chance to get 2 shares. The REA Ltd. The ACCOUNTS section contains Shareholders Accounts where you can check the amount of shares you own. And the final remark, even if you don’t become the owner of REA Ltd., you will be the owner of certain skills and knowledge. Something that may be even more valuable when it comes to it.
