There are certain things you need to know about this optional task which you have a chance to do and get up to extra 20 shares. You may also get a special e-coin called MIND BLOWER. What do you need to do?
There are specific actions which you need to take:
find yourself two partners and form a group of three - one of you may be an interviewee and the other two may be interviewers, or if you wish - the other way round
write a script of an interview for the job, preferably connected with your future profession
record the interview - you can use your phone or a camera - take care about the sound quality; the video should be in an mp4 format; you can add any effect you want - music, texts, whatever you think would make this interesting
share the interview with your Proxy - send her a link to your Google Disc or send your work in an attachment
deadline: G1 - 26 November, 6 p.m., G2 - 19 November, 6 p.m.
You will be evaluated on the following criteria:
length: 3 minutes minimum, 4 minutes maximum
language correctness
the use of indirect questions
creativity
the interaction between the interviewee and interviewer - don't forget about the final decision if the person gets the job
